An Unforgettable Gala Event at Aspendos Ancient Theatre
Past, present and future will come together in the unique theater of history!
The hosts promise an unforgettable and special gala event to the valuable participants of IAC 2026 in the unique atmosphere of Aspendos, one of the most important theaters in history; in Antalya, the apple of the eye of tourism. Gala dinner and special events before and during the event will offer a unique social program activity for the congress participants.
The IAC 2026 Gala Event will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 7:30 PM at the majestic venue, Aspendos Ancient Theatre.
The social event will host a short passage of remarkable stage show of Fire of Anatolia which is a dance portrait aiming at the meeting of eastern and western cultures and giving messages of universal peace. By synthesizing folk dances with ballet, modern dance and other disciplines of dance, it offers the world a show at modern standards, a cultural feast. Taking its source from the thousands of years of mythological and cultural history of Anatolia, Fire of Anatolia is a unique project that includes 3000 folk dance figures and folk music compiled from almost every region. The project aims to introduce the fire of Anatolia’s thousands of years old mosaic of culture and history blended with peace to the whole world.

GALA DINNER fee: 200.00 € per person (VAT included)
Gala Dinner reservation deadline is: 6 October 2026 at midnight (GMT+2) – subject to availability check
- Please note: the Gala Dinner is reserved to participants registered to the 77th IAC who have paid all registration fees in advance and their accompanying person, provided that the accompanying person’s name is clearly indicated on the participant’s registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Any request to cancel participation in the Dinner must be made by email and sent to the Congress Secretariat at the following address: registration@iac2026.org. The request must include all the necessary bank information for a possible refund.
Refunds for cancellations received prior to September 4th 2026, will be made in amount of 50% of ticket price within 60 days after the Congress. No refunds will be made for the cancellation after September 4th 2026 or non-attendance at the Dinner.
The Organizer reserves the right to change and/or modify the date and/or location or any other conditions of the Dinner during the IAC 2026 period. None of such changes will entitle the participant to a refund or claim.
If the Dinner cannot take place or has to be postponed due to events beyond the control of the PCO and/or IAF and/or Host, the Organizer will be released from its obligations towards the Dinner participant, except for the refund of the price paid by the latter. In this case, the amount paid for the Dinner registration will be refunded within 60 days after the scheduled date of IAC 2026. Any other claim for compensation is excluded.
